Step 2

To get the best pricing, we often need to market your plan with multiple providers. To do so we would need the following information:

  • Current plan design
  • Census (Employee information)
  • Last two renewals, including rates & claims experience

Once we receive this information, we will request quotes from various group insurance carriers. Typically, we will quote your current plan design and other flexible plan options to ensure you have all the detailed information you need to make an educated decision on possible changes.

Step 3

We will summarize the proposed quotes from the group insurance providers in a detailed comparison report to help make your decision-making process as simple as possible. The report will provide summaries of the following information:

  • Each carriers’ rates by benefit and per employee.
  • Deviations from the plan design if an insurer is unable to provide certain benefits
  • Additional benefits that may be available from certain companies.

Once the plan set up is complete, we offer employee sessions to introduce the plan to your employees and help them understand how to use it. We will also arrange for our service manager to conduct an administration tutorial with your plan administrator to ensure the plan is easy to maintain.
